Achieving Your Goals Through Faith
When you think about achieving your goals through faith, what comes to mind?
To truly move forward in purpose, you must take time to narrow down what really matters in life. Aligning your goals with your faith means focusing on what God has called you to do—without getting distracted by everything else.
The Bible reminds us,
“Sensible people keep their eyes glued on wisdom, but a fool’s eyes wander to the ends of the earth.”— Proverbs 17:24 (MSG)
This verse teaches us that staying focused and rooted in wisdom is key to living with purpose. Wandering aimlessly—chasing every shiny thing—only leads to confusion and burnout.
How Do You Exercise Your Faith?
You exercise faith every time you set a goal.
Setting goals isn’t just about productivity—it’s a spiritual act. It’s saying, “God, I trust You with the vision You’ve given me, and I’m moving forward in faith.” Each goal becomes a step on your path, a commitment to keep going even when things feel uncertain.
But don’t just set any goal—set faith-filled goals that align with your passions and purpose. If your heart’s not in it, you’ll lack the motivation to follow through.
Before setting a goal, ask yourself:
Does this honor the calling God has placed on my life?
Am I pursuing this from a place of passion or pressure?
How can I invite God into this process?
Remember This
Faith without action is incomplete. And action without direction leads to exhaustion. Let your goals be guided by wisdom, rooted in truth, and fueled by a desire to fulfill the purpose God has placed in you.
You were created for more—and your goals, when aligned with your faith, are the stepping stones to get there.

My Focus: Regaining Your God-Given Purpose
What’s your purpose? How do you rediscover it when life feels unclear?
I believe every person is created with a unique and powerful purpose. The challenge is learning to recognize that purpose and walk boldly in it. Sometimes, we drift. We lose direction. But that doesn't mean our purpose disappears—it just means it’s time to realign.

5 Ways to Regain Your Purpose
1. Meditate in Prayer
When you feel lost, go to the One who created you. Ask God for clarity, direction, and renewed faith.
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
Prayer opens the door to divine guidance. Let God meet you in your quiet moments and show you the next step.
2. Know Your Strengths
God has already equipped you with gifts and talents. Are you a natural leader? Do you have a creative spirit or a heart for serving others? Your purpose often flows from what you’re already good at—God placed those strengths in you for a reason.

3. Identify Your Passions
Ask yourself: What excites me? What do I love doing—even without being asked?Your passion is often connected to your calling. When you align your gifts with your passions, God can use that combination to build something powerful—something lasting.
Your purpose is where your gifts meet your passion.
4. Invite Wise People Into Your Life
“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” — Proverbs 11:14
God uses people to sharpen us. Surround yourself with those who speak life into you and can help you see what you might not see in yourself. Community brings clarity.

5. Trust God
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5-6
Let go of the need to have all the answers. Sometimes trusting God means moving forward even when the path isn't clear. He will lead you as you surrender your plans to His.
Take a Moment to Reflect
Ask yourself these three questions:
What’s your purpose in life?
What do you believe is God’s purpose for you?
Do you truly know your strengths and weaknesses?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
