Understanding Your Calling

Discovering God's will and calling can be challenging. You want to identify your spiritual gifts. God created each of us with special talents. He has also given us unique powers through the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:11

Our spiritual gifts are a serious indicator of what God expects us to do for Him.

The way you find your spiritual gift is to think about, what brings you joy? Seek out ways through your community. For example, what brings me joy is helping others in need. I decided to create a nonprofit because that's what God called me to do.

Live Actively

Don't wait for God to show you, ask him to guide you and take action. Only you have the ability to take action but it doesn't mean you have to do the journey alone. Each person on earth is designed to fulfill a unique purpose during your time on earth. Not only it glorifies our father but brings you great joy.

Nurture Your Calling

When you are obedient to your calling he will reveal his will to you. Remember, you are held accountable to nurture that will.

Ask Yourself...

When was the last time you opened up to God?

Are you seeking God's purpose?

Ask God to show you his will for your life?

He will help and guide you in the right direction.

Jeremiah 29 12-13

Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.
