Hey Girl! How are you? Are you hanging in there? I know its been a hard, emotional, and challenging year. That doesn't mean you can't uplift yourself. We need to stick together, have faith, and check in with one another.
Focus on The Things You Can Control
Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. You might as well except the circumstance. Focus on the things you can control because that's how you make a change and also help your growth. Maybe you should make a list of things you can control and put all your focus on that and see how far you get.
Take Care of Yourself
Give yourself some credit. Focus on praising yourself by being mindful of your daily achievements, appreciate the progress you've made and recognize how far you've come. Ask God to uplift you and help guide you during this hard time. He will never forsake you.
Reach Out and Help Others
If you know anybody within your community who are isolated, you can still offer support by helping with groceries or even calling someone, asking how they are doing. Sometimes people just need a friendly reassuring voice over the phone. Being a positive, uplifting influence in these times can help you and others feel better about our situation.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsakeyou.”
Deuteronomy 31:6
