Being Active
It's time to get off your ASS and start being active. HAHA.
Becoming more physical will keep you motivated, clear your mind, in shape, and healthier. People ask me all the time, how do you stay motivated? My trick is staying active. I work out five days a week to keep my mind set going. I have my work out goals just like my everyday goals.
An plus if I don't work out I get crabby HAHA
Work on the Small Things
We are so impatient about everything or at least I am. HAHA When we take on a big project, we become overwhelmed. Instead of taking on huge projects teach yourself how to break off small chunks of work. Achieving something small can feel good then eventually adds up to bigger achievements.
Ladies, teach yourself to work patiently so you can be one step closer to your next level.
Empower Yourself With Knowledge
Becoming more knowledgable means learning about yourself and what you like and dislike. Find some new facts about yourself. When you see someone doing something you've never done before, give it a try. It's all part of self love and learning yourself.
